Dr. Kang is a foot and ankle surgeon at the North American Spine and Pain Institute and is an attending physician at Hudson Regional Hospital, Hoboken University Medical Center, and Hackensack University Medical Center.

Dr. Kang is board-qualified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, specializing in sports medicine, trauma, and reconstructive surgeries of the foot and ankle. Dr. Kang completed her surgical residency at Hoboken University Medical Center and extensively trained in foot and ankle trauma and deformities including reconstruction of the forefoot, rearfoot, and ankle deformities. She received her doctorate in podiatric medicine from the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Kang has a certification for total ankle joint replacement from Zimmer Biomet and holds certifications from Arthroscopy Association of North America (AANA), Comprehensive Internal Fixation/Reconstructive Surgery of the Foot and Ankle (AAFAO), and Extremity Fixation for Trauma, Limb Deformity, and Foot & Ankle Reconstruction Surgery.
